Netim Specific Terms for COCCA registry domain names

These terms apply in addition to the Domain Name Registration and Management Terms for .af, .co.gy, .com.af, .com.gy, .com.hn, .com.ht, .com.sb, .cx, .gs, .gy, .hn, .ht, .ki, .net.af, .net.gy, .net.hn, .net.sb, .nf, .org.af, .org.hn, .org.ht, .org.sb, .sb, .tl.

1. Official provider annex

The Customer confirms that it has read and accepts Netim's current special terms and conditions for this TLD family. The provider annex and the applicable registry policies are incorporated by reference and control provider and registry operations.

2. Eligibility and evidence

The Customer must satisfy and continue to satisfy every holder, contact, local-presence, naming, use and technical condition applicable to the selected extension. It must provide complete and accurate data and any supporting document requested by Silurian, Netim or the registry.

3. Registry decisions and timing

Availability, payment or order creation does not guarantee registration, transfer, renewal, holder change or restoration. The registry or registrar may verify, reject, delay, suspend, delete or reverse an operation as permitted by the incorporated rules and applicable law.

4. Changes

Provider and registry rules may change independently of Silurian. The mandatory version in force when an operation is submitted applies. Silurian may pause an operation and request evidence or a new acceptance when a material condition changes.
